Coastland College Sustainability Project

"Students from Years 7, 8 and 9 worked alongside staff from Coastland College Kingston Maurward Estate and Mr Bell today to consider the purpose and design of one of our key outdoor spaces. The focus of this first collaborative sustainability project is the pond area by the science block. The students involved were full of enthusiasm and articulately shared excellent ideas and concepts about how we can create a space for learning, relaxation and biodiversity. Well done to all of the students involved today and many thanks to the Coastland College staff for giving up their time and engaging the students with this project so brilliantly."
